How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap "Sign Up", choose your account type (Partner, Hero, or Bank), fill in your details, and verify your email or phone.
Is Begood free?
Yes! Begood is completely free for all users. We are a charitable platform.
How do I donate food?
Open the app, tap "Add Gift", upload a photo, add description, set pickup time, and publish. Heroes will see your donation.
How do I receive food?
Browse available donations, book items you can collect, go to pickup location at scheduled time, and deliver to families or food banks.
Forgot password?
On login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email, and we'll send you a reset code.
How to delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page or email support@begood.com
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes! Both donors and heroes can cancel through the app. Cancel early to let others claim the donation.
App not working?
Try: Restart app → Check internet → Update to latest version → Clear cache → Restart device. Still not working? Contact us!
Not receiving notifications?
Go to Settings → Begood → Enable Notifications. Also check your device settings and ensure Do Not Disturb is off.
